Stainless Steel Finish/Care
A powder coat paint finish enhances its overall resistance and protection from exposure to the elements. Regular maintenance and cleaning are highly recommended to prevent dirt and grime build-up which might affect finish.

Stones
Calacatta Viola Captured from one of the oldest quarries in Italy, Calacatta Viola Marble features traditional brecciated strokes of rich cabernet upon a white and creamy hued background. Incorporating classic white and upscale burgundy, Calacatta Viola's luxurious veining enchants the eyes and touches the heart

Calacatta marble is more white than gray with dramatic veining that results in thick, predominate patterns. It often has brown and gold undertones. 

Quartz,  our beautiful tones of pure white and pure black of our Slabs have a high concentration of  natural quartz, 

Stone/Care
Dust and clean your stone surface with a neutral cleaner, Mild dish soap with warm water, Use a clean rag, ( Don't use acidic cleaners) use a coaster under all glasses especially those containing alcohol or citrus juices. Your stone should be sealed about every 12 months depending on the type and use.

FABRIC
In order to withstand the stringent demands of constant exposure to the natural elements, cushions and pillows are covered with Sunbrella® fabrics, considered as the standard of outdoor textile. This fabric is durable, resistant to climate issues and fading. Fabrics with natural fibers over time will lose their vibrancy, break down and tear easily.

FOAM
Cushions and pillows are made from premium, high-performance foam. It is durable, strong, weather-resistant, cool, quick-drying, resists mold and mildew, and comfortable while keeping its overall form & shape.

Fabric Care
Use soap and water for basic cleaning. For regular maintenance it is recommended to shake off dust, dirt and wipe-off excess water or liquid spills to hasten drying.

Wood
Ipê ( also called Brazilian walnut, a beautiful exotic  wood from South America, It is considered as one of the most prestigious and valued hardwood available. Highly recognized for its strength and durability.

Wood Finish/Care
To help maintain the inherent natural deep olive green to reddish brown tones and its wood grain, 2 coats of a hardwood oil finish  is applied. Regular maintenance and hardwood oil application and treatment 2X a year will help slowdown fading of wood tones and extend lifespan.
WATCO teak Oil or similar type is recommended.
